Ibn Abi 'Atiq came to visit him and said to us, "Treat him with black cumin. Take five or seven seeds and crush them (mix the powder with oil) and drop the resulting mixture into both nostrils, for 'Aisha has narrated to me that she heard the Prophet (SallAllahu Alaihi Wasallam) saying,
"This black cumin is healing for all diseases except As-Sam.' Aisha said, 'What is As-Sam?' He said, 'Death."

"Ye Kalonji har bimari ki Dawa hai siwa sam ke, Maine Arz kiya Sam kya hai? Farmaya ke Mout hai."

Urdu Translation: Jabir ibn Abdullah Radi Allahu Anhu se rivayat hai ki Hudaybiyyah waley saal mein humney Rasoollallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke saath milkar 7 aadmiyon ki taraf se Aik oont (camel) ki qurbani ki aur 7 Aadmiyon ki tataf se Aik gaay (cow) ki Qurabani ki.

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah Radi Allahu Anhu that the Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “Whoever can afford it, but does not offer a sacrifice, let him not come near our prayer place.”

Narrated Al-Bara' ibn Azib Radi Allahu Anhu: The Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: Four (types of animals) should be avoided in sacrifice: A One-eyed animal which has obviously lost the sight of one eye, a sick animal which is obviously sick, a lame animal which obviously limps and an animal with a broken leg with no marrow.

Urdu Translation: Hazrat Al-Bara' ibn Azib Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Farmaya Qurbani ke liye chaar tarah ke jaanwar durust Nahi hain.
1. Wo jiska kaanapan ya bhaingapan bilkul zahir ho,
2. Dusra wo jo dekhne se hi beemar lagta ho,
3. Teesra wo jiska langdapan bilkul zahir ho,
4. Aur wo jo budha aur kamzor Janwar jis ki haddiyon mein Gooda na ho.

✦ REVIVE A SUNNAH ⇨ "FASTING ON THE FIRST NINE DAYS OF DHU'L-HIJJAH" ✦
It is Sunnah for the Muslim to fast on the first nine days of Dhu’l-Hijjah, because the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) encouraged us to do righteous deeds in the first ten days of Dhu’l-Hijjah, and fasting is one of the best of deeds, which Allaah has chosen for Himself as it says in the hadeeth qudsi:
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said, "Allah said, 'All the deeds of Adam's sons (people) are for them, except fasting which is for Me, and I will give the reward for it.'

The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) used to fast on the first nine days of Dhu’l-Hijjah.
It was narrated from Hunaidah bin Khalid that his wife said: "One of the wives of the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: "The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) used to fast on the day of 'Ashura, nine days of Dhul-Hijjah and three days each month: The first Monday of the month, and two Thursday."
